Job DescriptionYou will be responsible for providing legal advice to all aspects of the business. This will, in conjunction with support from external counsel, include providing advice across the full life cycle of renewable projects from development, construction, project finance, M&A and regulatory to ensure the successful delivery of our renewable energy projects. This role will report into our Director & General Counsel.
QualificationsWe are seeking a senior associate at a reputable law firm who has significant experience working on grid-scale renewable energy projects (acquisition, development, construction, projects experience).
However, we recognise that not everyone fits this mould. Our business has many aspects, such as community licence, environmental and social governance, and indigenous investment.
