As Senior Legal Counsel, you’ll work across multiple jurisdictions, navigating complex legal challenges in crypto and gaming. This is an opportunity to shape company strategy, ensure compliance, and establish best-in-class legal practices in an emerging space.
As part of our team, you'll:
- Provide expert legal advice on corporate and commercial matters, balancing risk with business objectives.
- Support high-stakes transactions, regulatory compliance, and risk management initiatives.
- Work closely with internal teams and senior leadership to craft legal strategies that drive business growth.
- Gain exposure to cutting-edge legal matters that are still taking shape in many global markets.
You’ll have
- 6+ years' experience in corporate and commercial law, with at least 2 years in private practice.
- Proven experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and business requirements.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to navigate ambiguity.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to align legal guidance with company goals.
- A passion for innovation and an interest in the intersection of law, crypto, and gaming.
