About the Role

Be at the forefront of AI transformation at BDO.
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Manager in AI Operations to accelerate the execution of our AI strategy and ensure the seamless integration and safe operation of AI technologies across the firm. This is a high-impact role blending technical depth with strategic influence, where you’ll remove operational blockers, embed Responsible AI practices, and deliver measurable outcomes.
What you’ll do
Lead AI Operations: Translate strategy into actionable plans and oversee day-to-day delivery and integration of AI technologies.
Drive Service Excellence: Manage incidents, releases, and operational readiness for AI products and platforms.
Champion Responsible AI: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and BDO policies, and promote ethical AI usage.
Collaborate & Influence: Build strong stakeholder relationships, manage suppliers, and participate in technical forums.
Lead & Mentor: Foster a collaborative environment and guide cross-functional teams in AI best practices.
Report & Improve: Provide executive updates on operational health, risks, and key metrics while driving continuous improvement.
What we’re looking for
Degree in Computer Science or related field.
Proven experience in AI operations or similar roles within corporate environments.
Strong knowledge of AI technologies, machine learning, and data analysis.
Leadership and project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Experience in Professional Services (Accounting/Advisory/Legal) highly regarded.
Certifications (Microsoft, ITIL, AI/ML) and experience with Azure AI, Power Platform, and Microsoft 365 Copilot desirable.
