About the Role:
We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Senior Manager, Business Solutions to lead a high-performing team of Business Analysts and Operations Associates. You'll be at the forefront of identifying and delivering initiatives that make our business smarter, faster, and more scalable. This is a critical leadership role working cross-functionally across Operations, Product, Technology, Sales, and more.

You’ll be responsible for optimising key processes, managing critical projects, and ensuring that as we grow, our customer, employee, and partner experiences grow with us.

What you’ll do:
Process Optimisation & Automation
Identify and deliver improvements across business processes, enhancing customer, employee, and partner experiences.
Design scalable workflows across the customer lifecycle, enabling efficient growth.
Partner with Product and Engineering to embed automation and operational needs into our tech roadmap.
Own rapid resolution of critical operational issues or incidents related to Business Solutions’ platforms.
Monitor and report on process performance via dashboards and analytics.
Collaborate with Finance and Operations leadership to maintain accurate capacity and forecasting models.

Program & Project Delivery
Lead strategic initiatives from scoping to execution - defining vision, roadmaps, milestones, and stakeholder updates.
Manage cross-functional stakeholder expectations, balancing speed, quality, and impact.
Ensure business requirements are clearly defined and solutions align with company priorities.

Team & Stakeholder Management
Lead, coach, and develop a team of six, fostering a collaborative, high-impact culture.
Build trusted relationships across the organisation, using influence and empathy to drive outcomes.
Navigate competing priorities and dependencies, especially between operations and technology teams.

About You:
5+ years of experience in operations, product, or business improvement roles at technology companies -ideally within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Proven ability to deliver measurable impact on process efficiency or customer experience.
Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making skills.
Confident managing multiple workstreams autonomously.
Effective communicator with exceptional stakeholder management skills.
Creative problem-solver who values simplicity and elegant solutions.
Comfortable with ambiguity and thrives in a scaling organisation.
Experience in process documentation and improvement methodologies (e.g. Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus.

Familiarity with tools such as:
CRM: Zoho CRM, Salesforce, HubSpot (or similar)
Analytics: Databricks, Snowflake (or similar)
Contact Centre Platforms: Amazon Connect (or similar)
Automation Tools: Zapier, n8n (or similar low-code/no-code platforms)
