Reporting to: Senior Director, Channel and Franchise Excellence – Australia (At Home)

Location: Sydney, Australia

Position Overview:

This individual contributor role drives and coordinates the execution of eCommerce and Digital Commerce initiatives across the Growth Region (ANZ, Pacific Islands & Papua New Guinea) across At Home and Away from Home channels . Enable effective delivery of strategic priorities by supporting the rollout of global and regional playbooks, managing Region-specific initiatives, and facilitating collaboration between local teams, bottlers, and partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day execution of eCommerce and digital commerce plans, ensuring alignment with global and regional strategic direction.
  • Support market-specific adaptation and implementation of global playbooks, tools, and standards.
  • Coordinate with bottlers, franchise teams, and key accounts to drive operational delivery and engagement on digital and O2O (online-to-offline) agendas.
  • Assist in setting priorities and targets for each country; monitor progress, manage budgets, and track KPIs.
  • Analyze market performance data, prepare regular reports, identify trends, and recommend improvements to optimize growth and execution.
  • Facilitate the sharing of best practices and learning across teams and markets within the region.
  • Support local adaptation of eB2B, Food Service Aggregator, and dCommerce initiatives.
  • Ensure timely communication and issue resolution with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members in digital capability building and project management.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Commerce, or a relevant field.
  • At least 6 years’ experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, sales/channel management, or commercial excellence (preferably in FMCG/consumer goods).
  • Track record in managing projects and cross-functional teams in a dynamic, multi-market environment.
  • Experience with eCommerce platforms, route-to-market operations, or digital activation campaigns.
  • Strong data analysis, reporting, and presentation skills.

  • Proactive executor with strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Capable of translating strategy into action with attention to detail.
  • Skilled in relationship building and stakeholder management, including external partners and bottlers.
  • Analytical mindset; comfortable working with KPIs/metrics to drive business performance.
  • Adaptable, collaborative, and able to operate across diverse markets and cultures.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
