Netskope is looking for an experienced channel marketing professional to drive our partner marketing activities and programs in the Asia Pacific region. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Director, Asia Pacific &; Japan, the Channel Marketing Manager will primarily drive demand generation programs in collaboration with our top-tier distributors, channel and tech alliance partners.
Responsibilities- Own and manage the co-marketing plan and budget for key value-added distributors, channel resellers and technology alliance partners across Australia, New Zealand, ASEAN and North Asia territories.
- Drive demand generation campaigns in collaboration with distributors or focus-partner marketing teams. These campaigns could include, but not limited to:
- Physical and Online events
- Email and content campaigns
- Digital campaigns, including search or social tactics
- Joint-branded content creation
- Incentive programs
- Partner enablement
- Manage both to-partner (25%) and through-partner (75%) campaigns in support of channel business plans.
- Leverage your hands-on SFDC and Marketo (or similar marketing automation tool) experience to create and report on effectiveness of channel marketing activities / campaigns, help establish and track measurable response rates, conversion rates, pipeline, and ROI for all programs.
- Adaptation of global partner marketing programs and (English language) communications for APAC partners.
- 7+ years B2B marketing experience, with substantial experience working with distributors and partner marketing ecosystems.
- Experience working across geographies and time zones in the Asia-Pacific region.
- Data-driven, creative critical thinker with strong communication skills, time management, organisation, and planning skills
- Strong consultation and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Well versed in sales and marketing operations, including salesforce, dashboard reporting and key campaign metrics
- Ability to manage and execute a variety of marketing program modes and activity types
- Management of and oversight of partner joint marketing budgets.
- Flexibility to make early or late meetings to connect with colleagues in many time zones, as required. Flexibility is mutual!
