  • Lead strategic growth initiatives across nib’s adjacent insurance portfolio, including market assessments and go-to-market strategies

  • Drive commercial partnerships, from negotiation to execution, ensuring strong outcomes in revenue, member acquisition, and retention

  • Manage cross-sell performance using next best action frameworks, collaborating with data, marketing, and digital teams

  • Lead go-to-market strategies for new adjacent insurance products, from concept to launch, ensuring strong brand alignment and member appeal

  • Design and execute marketing campaigns that drive acquisition, cross-sell, and retention—leveraging data, insights, and lifecycle triggers

Let’s talk about you

  • 5+ years marketing experience with proven track record of developing go-market-strategies on new product ventures 

  • Proven experience in applying innovation or optimisation frameworks 

  • Experience managing external partners or relationship management roles 

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills 

  • Strong negotiation skillset with an ability to influence stakeholders 

  • Strong planning skills with attention to detail, with ideal experience in developing a strategy   

  • Experience managing large budgets and commercial acumen 

  • Marketing or Business Degree qualification 

  • Previous experience working in health insurance or financial services advantageous
