Job Description Summary:

At The Coca‑Cola Company, we craft drinks that delight and experiences that refresh—always with a vision to create a more sustainable and connected future. Our ability to do so relies on the seamless transition of ideas from innovation to market. As Senior Manager, Commercialization, you will be at the center of this process, ensuring that our pipeline of beverages and packaging solutions comes to life across Australia, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea, and the Pacific Islands. This role is key to accelerating growth by shaping commercialization plans, coordinating cross‑functional collaboration, and driving execution that balances speed, quality, and compliance.

We are looking for a strategic and agile leader who thrives in dynamic environments and brings a deep understanding of commercialization, technical processes, and project management. Your work will influence how new beverage experiences meet our consumers while enabling operational excellence and building capabilities across the system. If you’re passionate about connecting innovation with execution and creating impact through collaboration, this is your opportunity to make it happen with one of the world’s most iconic brands.

What You’ll Do for Us

  • Lead the development and implementation of end‑to‑end commercialization plans for new products and packaging, ensuring seamless scaling from concept to market across multiple geographies.

  • Coordinate cross‑functional teams, including R&D, supply chain, marketing, and bottling partners, to align technical requirements, timelines, and business priorities.

  • Partner with Operating Unit and bottler teams to enable consistent delivery against commercialization standards and performance metrics.

  • Identify and implement process improvements that enhance speed, agility, and efficiency while ensuring adherence to technical governance and risk management frameworks.

  • Apply robust financial and operational analysis to support decision‑making and articulate technical recommendations within a commercial context.

  • Anticipate and mitigate risks related to quality, compliance, and sustainability, ensuring product launches meet Coca‑Cola’s global standards and local regulatory requirements.

  • Enable delivery of special initiatives beyond core innovation projects, contributing expertise to value‑generation opportunities within the business.

  • Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing across teams to build commercialization capability within the organization and among system partners.

  • Monitor progress against annual operating plans, track key metrics, and report on results to stakeholders at project and portfolio level.

  • Stay current on trends, technologies, and regulatory developments impacting commercialization and beverage manufacturing to integrate best practices into plans.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, food science, supply chain, or related technical field; equivalent experience considered.

  • 8+ years of experience in commercialization, product development, supply chain, R&D, or project management, preferably within the food and beverage industry.

  • Strong understanding of commercialization processes, including stage‑gate methodologies, technical governance, and risk management frameworks.

  • Proven ability to lead complex projects with cross‑functional and cross‑geographical teams in a fast‑paced environment.

  • Demonstrated financial acumen with ability to connect technical decisions to business outcomes.

  • Proficiency in project management tools and frameworks with a focus on execution excellence.

  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with the ability to navigate diverse perspectives and deliver aligned outcomes.

  • Digital fluency and sound understanding of data analytics to drive decision‑making and optimize commercialization processes.

  • Familiarity with sustainability principles and ability to integrate these considerations into commercialization planning.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to technical and non‑technical audiences.

What We’ll Do for You

  • Provide the scope and resources to deliver high‑impact commercialization projects across multiple categories and markets.

  • Offer continuous learning and development in technical, project management, and leadership capabilities to accelerate your career growth.

  • Enable collaboration with diverse, high‑performing teams and bottling partners across an expansive regional system.

  • Give you the opportunity to shape operational practices and create value in a business committed to innovation, digitization, and sustainability.
