About the role:
Senior Managers of the division have a responsibility for effectively managing multiple projects and staff in a rapidly growing team, working directly below the leadership team. The role will involve taking the lead on projects which require a high level of advisory input. Senior managers also have a responsibility for business development, stakeholder management and staff development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Advisory - M&A and Capital Markets (including information memorandum preparation, data room management and stakeholder management)
- Transaction Services - Due Diligence and Investigating Accountant Reports
- Financial Modelling
About you:
Education Requirements:
Essential
- Business / Commerce degree with Accounting Major
- Completed CA or equivalent
Demonstrated Experience & Attributes
Essential
- 8+ years’ experience in Professional Services or industry Corporate Development roles
- 4 - 5 years managing a team
- Strong ethical standards
- Business development experience
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong communication and report writing skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Ability to meet and work towards deadlines
- Ability to deal with banks, lawyers, brokers and other professionals
