JOLT is the world's largest EV charging and digital out-of-home (DOOH) media company, combining media, mobility and technology to create a unique advertising platform.

As we continue to build a best-in-class audience intelligence and measurement capability, we're looking for someone who will help shape what comes next and establish JOLT as a market leader in media intelligence, measurement and commercial data innovation.

You'll own JOLT's audience intelligence, measurement and commercial data capability across Australia and New Zealand. Working across JOLT's Digital Out-of-Home (DOOH) and in-app media network, you'll partner with Sales, clients, agencies and technology partners to turn audience data into smarter planning, stronger measurement and better commercial outcomes for brands.

This role is ideal for someone with experience across DOOH, digital media, media agencies, publishers, AdTech or programmatic advertising who enjoys solving commercial challenges, navigating ambiguity and building new capabilities in a high-growth environment. One day you might be developing an AI-enabled workflow; the next you'll be presenting a strategic audience solution to a major client.

AI is a core capability in this role and a genuine hiring bar. We're looking for someone already using AI beyond everyday productivity—building agents, automations or workflows that solve business problems, improve quality and reduce manual effort.

This role sits within JOLT's Global Marketing team, reporting into Marketing while partnering closely with Sales and cross-functional stakeholders across ANZ and globally.

Commercial Growth & Client Impact

  • Drive JOLT's audience intelligence go-to-market strategy, positioning data, insights and measurement as key commercial growth drivers. Develop innovative audience and media strategies that solve client business challenges, differentiate JOLT in market and drive advertising revenue.

  • Partner with Sales on strategic pitches, client opportunities and agency conversations, translating audience, campaign and first-party data into compelling audience targeting, attribution and measurement solutions that help clients make smarter media investment decisions.

  • Position JOLT as a market leader in audience intelligence and measurement through thought leadership, client engagement and by acting as the business's subject matter expert across clients, agencies and industry partners.

Capability, Innovation & AI

  • Continuously evolve JOLT's audience intelligence, targeting and measurement capability across direct and programmatic channels to strengthen our commercial offering.

  • Build AI-powered agents, automations and scalable workflows that improve quality, reduce manual effort and accelerate commercial delivery.

  • Manage strategic data and technology partnerships while identifying new opportunities across audience intelligence, AI and measurement to keep JOLT at the forefront of the market.

Leadership & Business Impact

  • Act as a trusted thought partner across Sales, Marketing and the broader business, helping shape commercial strategy through audience intelligence.

  • Contribute to global audience intelligence, AI and strategic business initiatives, sharing learnings and building scalable capability across JOLT.

What You'll Bring

    Commercial & Industry Experience
  • Significant experience (typically 8+ years) across DOOH/PDOOH, digital media, media agencies, publishers, AdTech or programmatic advertising.

  • Strong understanding of audience targeting, media planning, campaign measurement, attribution and programmatic platforms, with experience partnering with commercial teams to win and grow client relationships through data-led strategy.

  • Technical Capability
  • Strong grounding in audience intelligence, commercial data, attribution and measurement, with experience managing data, technology and measurement partners to maximise commercial value.

  • Demonstrated experience using AI beyond everyday productivity through agents, automations, workflows or prototypes that solve real business problems.

  • Ways of Thinking
  • Commercially minded, outcomes focused and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where priorities evolve quickly.

  • Highly proactive, curious and innovative, with strong ownership, accountability and the ability to work independently.

  • Strong critical thinking, communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear commercial recommendations and confidently influence clients and senior stakeholders.

  • Collaborative, high-EQ and skilled at building trusted relationships across cross-functional teams.

  • A tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline is welcomed but not essential. We're more interested in your commercial judgement, experience and evidence of what you've built and delivered.

Ways of Working

This is a full-time Sydney-based role working closely with Sales, Marketing and cross-functional stakeholders across ANZ and globally. The role includes regular client engagement, strategic presentations and collaboration across the business.

JOLT operates a flexible hybrid working model, with a minimum of three days per week in our Sydney HQ. Some travel will be required to support clients, commercial opportunities and broader business initiatives.

This role offers significant ownership and autonomy. If you enjoy building new capabilities, embracing ambiguity and making a measurable commercial impact, you'll thrive at JOLT.
