We’re powered by purpose

Mable is an online platform connecting Australians looking for disability and aged care support to independent support workers. Since 2014, we’ve been helping our community live their kind of independence, and today we’re one of Australia's largest and fastest growing healthtech platforms.

We have been recognised in AFR’s Fast 100 list, Deloitte’s Tech Fast 50, and won the Australian Growth & Australian Technology Growth Company of the Year Award in 2020! So don’t miss your opportunity to join a thriving scale-up and deliver change to Australia’s care and support sector.

As the Senior Manager – Group Marketing & Creative, you will be key in strengthening our house of brands and enhancing their connections. You will lead the rebrand of one business, shape the identity and messaging of an exciting new venture, and develop a meaningful program for the Mable Foundation. Additionally, you will oversee our talented in-house creative studio, which includes two graphic designers and three copywriters.

In this key role within our Growth department, you'll bring a deep understanding of customer needs and either possess or quickly develop expertise in the aged care and disability sectors. Leveraging your marketing and brand knowledge, you'll drive business growth while using your strong project management, creative assessment, and leadership skills to guide our team of graphic designers and copywriters, who support much of the organisation.

Responsibilities

  • Manage our Group brand architecture, optimising it as it grows and providing recommendations to maximise brand connections, thereby enhancing both commercial and customer experience outcomes.
  • Develop our corporate brand, Attain Healthtech, and devise a strategy that engages the appropriate audiences (e.g. investors, employees), including collaborating with the Social Media Manager on ongoing promotion on LinkedIn.
  • Roll out a rebrand for a growing business within our portfolio, identifying opportunities for optimisation where appropriate. This will involve socialising guidelines with an external partner and the wider business.
  • Shape the identity and messaging of an exciting new tech venture by working closely with the Head of Growth and the CEO.
  • Develop and launch our new Foundation, including creating its look and feel, and project managing the development and roll-out of a meaningful new program.
  • Have a comprehensive view of all customer touchpoints from sales scripts to website and lifecycle eDMs. Provide feedback to create a consistently seamless, well-planned journey.
  • Manage the Creative studio, which comprises Graphic Designers and Copywriters who produce assets for much of the organisation. Enhance their project management skills to improve efficiency. Plus develop their presentation skills to enable more effective pitching of their work.
  • Engage the external Creative Agency as required.
  • Oversee the relationship with the Video Agency, optimising processes to ensure efficient video delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with channel owners (Brand Experience, Digital Experience, PR & Comms, Performance and Lifecycle teams) to produce relevant assets and ensure that brand guidelines are adhered to, so that the brand expressions in the market remain true to their core and consistent.
  • Work in close partnership with the wider Growth team to support the overarching business strategy, and to identify and drive opportunities to implement these strategic initiatives within our brand portfolio.
  • Collaborate closely with Product and CX to ensure customer identities are seamlessly integrated across all touchpoints, including apps.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and competitors' marketing efforts, identifying opportunities for differentiation and improvement for our brands and the Group.

Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Media, Communications, Brand Marketing or similar field
  • 8+ years experience working in a marketing function, with brand owner experience highly regarded.
  • Experience in the aged care, healthcare or disability sector is highly regarded.
  • Experience managing a portfolio of brands and building commercial pathways between them
  • Experience managing teams, in particular Creative teams
  • Experience bringing to life a new brand and/or leading a rebrand
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to build and nurture a team
  • Strong brand strategy skills, allowing you to paint the big picture, connect the dots and craft a strong and engaging story
  • A strong understanding of how a brand can be articulated for multiple audiences and in multiple formats, while remaining consistent to an overachieving positioning
  • A strong understanding of how to leverage brand to fuel business growth
  • Passionate about Tech and making a real impact on people’s lives
