About the role

As a Senior Manager, Listed Products, where you will drive and support the growth of listed products for Perpetual Asset Management Australia.

Perpetual Asset Management is a global multi-boutique asset management business offering an extensive range of specialist investment capabilities through seven boutiques and brands in key regions globally. Within Australia, Perpetual and Pendal have a broad range of capabilities across Australian and global equities, credit, fixed income, multi-asset and ESG. We have a growing presence in the US, UK and Europe through our brands Barrow Hanley, Trillium, JO Hambro, Regnan and TSW.

About the role

Step into a dynamic and pivotal role where you'll take full ownership and accountability of the entire product lifecycle for our listed products. This is your chance to drive innovation and make a significant impact!

Key Responsibilities

  • Champion product management by taking the lead in managing Perpetual Active ETFs and LIC/LITs from start to finish.

  • Drive new product development and capital management activities, including exciting IPOs and capital raisings.

  • Ensure all Board requirements for listed vehicles are met with precision and excellence.

  • Work seamlessly with internal stakeholders, external service providers, and regulators to bring product visions to life.

  • Conduct in-depth industry and competitor analysis to provide strategic insights and recommendations.

  • Keep a keen eye on the regulatory landscape and assess its impact on our products.

  • Craft compelling investor communications to boost demand for our listed vehicles, including presentations, flyers, and articles.

  • Deliver comprehensive reports on listed company results, annual financial results to the ASX, and assist with AGMs.

  • Identify and implement operational efficiencies to enhance performance across the board.

About you

  • Tertiary qualification in business or a related discipline.

  • At least 8 years of experience in the Financial Services industry.

  • Expertise with Listed Products (ETFs and Listed Investment Companies/Trusts).

  • Skilled in conducting research, writing reports, and delivering impactful presentations to Boards and Senior Management.

  • Exceptional ability to forge effective working relationships across diverse stakeholders.

  • Deep understanding of the financial services industry, market conditions, and competitor dynamics.

  • Outstanding project management skills.

  • Excellent communication skills that resonate with diverse audiences.

  • Strong grasp of the regulatory environment related to product management.
