This role supports nib’s strategic objectives by enhancing resilience, protecting customer interests, and ensuring compliance with relevant APRA Prudential Standards.

You bring a solid understanding of frameworks such as CPS 220 and CPS 230, with the ability to embed regulatory requirements into practical, effective business processes and controls.
You’re a confident stakeholder partner who can influence, challenge and build strong relationships across the business. With experience leading change and transformation, you can embed risk practices into evolving strategies, uplift risk culture, and drive continuous improvement across the control environment.
You’ll bring:
Tertiary or industry recognised qualifications in risk management, business, finance, accounting, legal or a related discipline
strong understanding of contemporary Risk and Compliance frameworks, methodologies and standards
Demonstrated experience in business change management and transformation
Demonstrated problem solving skills with the ability to contribute to the development of operational policies, procedures and guidelines
Experience and/or familiarity with the APRA CPS 230 Operational Risk Management standard (preferred)
Demonstrated systems and design skills to implement and embed enterprise risk management as business as usual without adding onerous requirements (preferred)
We know some people only apply when they meet every requirement. We’re always on the lookout for curious individuals who will add to the culture – so if this role resonates with you and you have relevant experience, we’d love to hear from you!
