About the Role

We’re seeking a dynamic and experienced Audit Manager or Senior Manager to lead end-to-end audit engagements and drive high-quality outcomes across a diverse client portfolio. In this pivotal role, you’ll collaborate closely with partners to shape audit strategy, oversee planning and execution, and nurture strong client relationships. You’ll also lead and mentor high-performing teams, ensuring excellence in delivery and compliance with professional standards.

This role requires fluency in both Mandarin and English, strong technical expertise in IFRS and ISA, and a proven track record in managing complex audits. Experience in cross-border engagements and industries such as TMT or Retail will be highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage end-to-end audit engagements, ensuring quality and compliance.

  • Develop audit strategies and risk assessments in line with firm and regulatory standards.

  • Supervise and mentor audit teams, fostering capability and performance.

  • Review deliverables, identify risks, and provide actionable recommendations.

  • Manage client relationships, budgets, and timelines across multiple engagements.

  • Stay current with IFRS/ISA standards and uphold quality, ethics, and risk protocols.

Required Qualifications, Experience and Skills

  • Fluent in both spoken and written Mandarin and English.

  • Degree in Accounting or related field, with a recognised professional qualification (e.g. CPA, ACCA, CA).

  • 6–10+ years’ audit experience, including team leadership and complex engagements.

  • Strong technical knowledge of IFRS, ISA, and local standards.

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, mentor teams, and deliver high-quality outcomes.

  • Experience in cross-border or multicultural environments and industries such as TMT or Retail is highly regarded.
