Position Summary:

The Senior Manager - Product Marketing will be responsible for key regional product launches, customer communication, branding, promotional activities, customer events, competitor monitoring and sales support. In addition, this position will be responsible for budget management and execution. A close collaboration between regional Customer Strategy, Product, Sales, Legal, Account Management and Finance teams will be essential to fulfil the role's requirements. 

The role holder will be expected to interact with customers and thus needs to be confident with strong presentation skills. The candidate should have the ability to think strategically as well as execute to ensure content delivery on time. The Senior Manager - Product Marketing will partner closely with the Marketing Center of Excellence, located at company HQ in Las Vegas, Nevada. This role will help our ANZ marketing programs stay aligned with our overall global marketing strategy as well as brand guidelines. The Senior Manager - Product Marketing will report to the Senior Director, Global Marketing and sit on a global team of marketing managers.

  • Sales Enablement

    • Create and manage sales enablement materials, including product demos, pitch decks, case studies, and competitive intelligence to empower the sales team

    • Lead cross-functional collaboration with product management, customer strategy, marketing, and sales teams to ensure a seamless flow of product updates, feedback, and insights that influence both product development and sales strategies

    • In conjunction with customer strategy, conduct ongoing market and competitive analysis to understand customer needs, market trends, and the competitive landscape, providing insights that shape sales positioning and tactic

    • Collaborate with product and sales to deliver product positioning, key differentiators, for new product launches, to ensure effective and aligned communication across channels (events, presentations, marketing collateral)

    • Oversee ANZ requirements and process to utlise the Center of Excellence for creative assets from concept to final product to support all go-to-market activities for product launches

    • Prioritize creative briefing and creative requests in line with product roadmap planning

    • Proactively take inventory of the current set of creative marketing assets, ensuring assets in use follow brand guidelines and increase awareness for all lines of business. Ensure marketing assets are attractive and resonate with our target audience.

    • Prioritize digital asset management for both sales teams and their customers via our sales enablement platform (Highspot) and our customer portal

    • Plan and support internal training sessions for ANZ commercial teams
       

  • Planning and Execution

    • Drive product marketing support for an ever-evolving product roadmap

    • Use excellent organizational skills to map detailed lists of assets required to support every product on the roadmap

    • Proactively drive marketing planning with product and sales teams in the region

    • Manage a dynamic product launch schedule against a timeline
       

  • Customer Marketing & Events

    • Coordinate and align cadence for customer comms with sales and customer strategy, with an emphasis on consistency and roadmap alignment

    • Strategic planning, execution, and management of high-impact events, ensuring seamless operations, stakeholder alignment, and measurable outcome

    • Concept and coordinate creative approach, strategy and execution of multi-channel email and social media campaigns that resonate with ANZ L&W customers

    • Developing strategic customer and product value propositions, messaging that map to our product roadmap that resonates with our target audience.

    • Cultivate and manage positive relationships with customers across the region
       

  • Stakeholder Management

    • Keep stakeholders informed about marketing initiatives, progress, and performance through regular updates and clear reporting.

    • Actively seek input from key stakeholders (such as sales, customer product, and leadership) to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with their priorities and objectives.

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of messaging, and position reflects the overall vision and goals of the organisation

    • Set realistic goals and timelines, and addressing any concerns or objections to ensure buy-in and support from all relevant parties
       

  • Digital Marketing

    • Enhance online visibility for good news, product launches, and partnerships in the region through the following:

      • Develop and coordinating social media content for sales reps and the official corporate account, with an emphasis on LinkedIn

      • Help lead adoption of emerging technologies and platforms to accelerate L&W digital programs

List of Essential Job Functions:

  • Develop go to market strategies for all product launches within the ANZ market

  • Manage the development and execution of all marketing events and campaigns with clear communication to both internal and external stakeholders

  • Write up creative briefs for digital, print, video, and other marketing collateral to be designed and approved at the Marketing Center of Excellence

  • Coordinate with Marketing Center of Excellence to advise on creative projects as they evolve from requests to completed assets

  • Work to oversee placement and effectiveness of creative assets and report on performance and ROI

  • Develop and create content for sales enablement including brochures, catalogs, product info sheets, sales decks, advertisements, and product features for media

  • Maintain and share knowledge on applicable advertising and digital marketing standards and laws

  • Support sales teams and executive leadership with game launch packs and information to aid uptake of content and broaden distribution

  • Source local merchandising & distribution partners and be responsible for those relationships

  • Manage the merchandise & promotional inventory

  • Manage the upkeep and development of an online Customer Portal to ensure timely access to key marketing materials

  • Coordinate with regional sales and product leaders to execute product launches for all main lines of business

  • Work with the global center of excellence to source campaign collateral/artwork

  • Collaborate with partners to better understand and support marketing strategies for casino operators across ANZ

  • Strong presentation skills using PowerPoint

  • An appetite for feedback and continuous improvement

Work Experience
10+ years of experience in a professional marketing function, i.e., Product Marketing, Casino Game Marketing, Brand Management, Product Sales, etc.

Education

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent combination in education and experience) in project management, marketing, communications, business, or similar.
