Join Dexus as Senior Manager, Reward and play a strategic role designing and delivering reward programs that shape our culture and performance. This position offers broad exposure across the business, working closely with senior leaders and stakeholders to design and drive innovative, market-leading reward solutions. What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll lead the design and delivery of innovative reward programs, partnering with senior leaders to ensure our offerings are competitive, compliant, and aligned with business strategy. This role balances strategic influence with hands-on execution across multiple business areas.

  • Design, implement, and govern executive and broad-based remuneration programs
  • Prepare Board and Executive Committee materials, including benchmarking and recommendations
  • Oversee the annual performance and reward cycle, ensuring executive remuneration, equity planning, and incentive payouts align with business goals and market standards.
  • Advise on remuneration, compliance, disclosure, and shareholder engagement
  • Conduct market analysis to ensure competitiveness and best practice
  • Support M&A due diligence and integration from a reward perspective

About You      

You are a collaborative relationship builder who thrives in dynamic environments, quickly earning trust and rallying others around shared goals. With strong communication, strategic thinking, and a passion for continuous improvement, you influence at all levels, balance multiple priorities, and bring a positive, solutions-focused mindset to every challenge.

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field (MS/MBA highly regarded)
  • 10+ years’ experience in reward, benefits, and performance in corporate or financial services
  • Proven ability to balance strategic deliverables with hands-on solution design
  • Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
  • Knowledge of remuneration compliance and disclosure (ASX experience valued but not essential)
