Job Description

As a Senior Manual QA Engineer at Bilue, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the quality, reliability and performance of the digital solutions we deliver, from native mobile apps to other web and digital products. Working closely with developers, designers and project managers in agile, cross-functional teams, you’ll help deliver seamless experiences for our clients by catching issues before they reach the end user.

This role is ideal for someone with strong native mobile testing experience across iOS and Android, who can also adapt to testing other digital platforms. You’ll thrive in client-facing environments and enjoy collaborating with high-performing teams that value quality and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Design, execute and maintain manual test strategies and test cases across mobile and web products
• Perform functional, regression, exploratory and UI/UX testing across iOS, Android and web platforms
• Conduct cross-device and cross-browser testing using tools such as BrowserStack
• Test mobile builds using Xcode, Android Studio, TestFlight and Google Play Internal Testing
• Debug network traffic and validate APIs using Charles Proxy, Proxyman and Postman
• Identify, document and track defects in Jira, validating fixes before release
• Collaborate with clients and delivery teams to clarify requirements and acceptance criteria
• Support QA practices that embed quality early in the delivery lifecycle
• Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and ways of working
• Apply automation tools such as Appium or Selenium where appropriate to support testing efforts

Qualifications

You’re an experienced Manual QA Engineer who thrives in agile environments and takes pride in delivering reliable, user-focused digital products. You bring a sharp eye for detail, clear communication, and a proactive approach to quality. With strong experience testing native mobile applications across iOS and Android, you’re committed to ensuring seamless, high-quality digital experiences.

  • 4+ years’ experience in manual QA across mobile and digital products
  • Strong hands-on experience testing native iOS and Android applications
  • Solid understanding of agile QA practices and release cycles
  • Confident use of Jira and modern QA tooling
  • Comfortable working directly with clients and cross-functional teams
  • Experience mentoring QA engineers or guiding quality practices is highly regarded
