Senior Manual QA Engineer - LATAM

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Senior Manual QA to join our team and contribute to the success of our web projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of manual testing methodologies and techniques on mobile apps testing.
Experience in fintech is a plus.
The impact you'll make:
- Design, write, and execute manual test cases for new and existing features based on requirements and specifications.
- Perform regression, functional, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to identify issues and ensure quality standards.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and business goals.
- Document defects and track them using the Zephyr platform, ensuring timely resolution.
- Lead and contribute to our Jira migration project by testing migrated data, configurations, workflows, and customizations.
- Validate the integrity of data and ensure proper functionality post-migration.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive QA documentation including test plans, test cases, and results reports.
What You'll Bring To Us:
- 5+ years of experience in manual software testing, with a focus on functional and regression testing.
- Strong expertise in using Zephyr for defect tracking and project management.
- Experience with Jira migration projects is desirable.
- Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to solve problems effectively.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and iterative development processes is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
