About the role:

Our Sydney team is seeking a Marketing Manager to bring strategic marketing expertise, creative campaign design, and exceptional project management skills to our dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with relevant partners to develop annual marketing plans and budgets, ensuring consistency with office strategic priorities, as well as the national strategic and marketing plans.
  • Report monthly on marketing plans and budgets
  • Attendance at local marketing / BD meetings to progress planned initiatives and make recommendations on best practice activities.
  • Manage agreed sponsorships and partnerships to ensure maximum benefit received.
  • Assist in the management of standards for local functions, seminars and networking events.
  • Manage implementation of marketing campaigns to drive agreed metrics.
  • Manage the review and update of marketing and promotional materials including brochures, website content, banners, office signage and capability statements for local office stakeholders.
  • Manage local office design requests (e.g. seminar/function invitations, flyers, newsletters, advertising and radio scripts).
  • Work with partners and staff to develop and maintain staff profiles (CV) for use in tenders, proposals and on the website.

About you:

Education Requirements:

Essential

  • Relevant Tertiary qualification – Business or Marketing.

Desirable

  • Experience in a professional services environment.

Demonstrated Experience & Attributes

Essential

  • 7 years relevant work experience.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with high level stakeholders and business leaders.
  • A confident and strategic mindset with the ability to influence key stakeholders.
  • A proactive approach to marketing initiatives with strong attention to detail.
  • Understanding of marketing philosophies and practices.
  • Understanding of professional services and a multi stakeholder environment.
