Mercer is seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to join our Mercer Super team. This role will be based in Sydney or Melbourne. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

About the role:
As a key player working alongside the Head of Intermediated Marketing and the Mercer Super distribution team, you will lead the charge in growing our employer client base through innovative acquisition, engagement and retention strategies. Your deep understanding of super funds and the employer market will be critical as you shape and execute marketing strategies that drive real business growth.
You will collaborate closely with marketing, distribution, product, and customer experience teams to ensure our go-to-market approach is seamless, client-focused and aligned with Mercer Super’s ambitious growth targets.
What you’ll do
Own and deliver Mercer Super’s employer marketing campaigns to build awareness, engagement and growth within the employer channel.
Partner with customer experience and member marketing teams to enhance the employer journey and identify new opportunities.
Drive growth through corporate super licensees by developing strong, value-driven relationships.
Analyse competitive landscapes, industry trends, and market opportunities to keep Mercer Super ahead of the curve.
Craft compelling, client-centric messaging and competitive value propositions that resonate with employers.
Lead impactful campaigns, employer segmentation initiatives, and scalable servicing models.
Leverage data-driven marketing to increase efficiency and scalability across processes.
Measure, analyse and apply insights to continuously refine targeting, personalisation, and segmentation strategies.
Oversee marketing materials, website content, tools and collateral to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
What we’re looking for
Extensive experience and deep knowledge of superannuation, including complex issues and regulatory environments.
Proven success marketing to employers and growing corporate super plans.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage, influence and build strong relationships.
A collaborative mindset and the ability to work seamlessly across multiple teams.
Strong analytical and financial acumen to drive data-informed decisions.
A proactive, can-do attitude and a genuine passion for superannuation.
