The Senior Manager, Marketing Growth and Engagement is responsible for leading the strategy, execution, and optimisation of marketing initiatives aimed at driving customer acquisition, retention, and overall engagement.
This role this role blends life-cycle marketing, demand generation, and campaign strategy — ensuring every touch-point, from first impression to renewal, delivers impact, consistency, and commercial value.
In this role you will have the opportunity to use your strong analytical skills and a proven track record of scaling marketing programs that fuel business growth and deepen customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities;
Own the end-to-end design and execution of integrated lifecycle journeys — from lead generation and onboarding through to retention and renewal.
Design multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, digital, direct mail, in-app) tailored to segments, behaviours, and critical business moments.
Drive demand generation and direct-to-customer growth initiatives — including digital acquisition campaigns, lead nurturing programs, and conversion optimisation.
Identify and act on retention opportunities using data, segmentation, and targeted lifecycle marketing to increase customer loyalty and lifetime value.
Partner with Sales, Distribution, and Dealer Experience teams to deliver B2B marketing that supports pipeline generation and dealer engagement.
Work with Legal & Compliance to ensure all outbound marketing meets regulatory, risk, and consent standards.
Lead campaign planning for key business milestones (e.g. launches, EOFY, public holidays), ensuring alignment and impact across the entire customer journey. Shape the strategic communications calendar in line with product, sales, and compliance priorities — driving both short-term outcomes and long-term brand trust.
Qualifications
Tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, or Finance (preferred)
Postgraduate qualification in Marketing or Business (preferred)
Experiences
Strong experience in strategic, lifecycle, or growth marketing, ideally in financial services or fintech
Proven ability to deliver lead generation and retention marketing programs across multiple digital and offline channels
Strong background in CRM, marketing automation, and database-driven campaign strategies – experience in Microsoft Dynamics highly regarded
Extensive experience working within regulated environments, collaborating closely with Legal and Compliance
Deep understanding of digital performance marketing, segmentation, and campaign optimisation
