Where would you fit? 

You would be working collaboratively with a passionate, purpose driven and product proud Marketing Team and this role will report to the Chief Marketing Officer, here at Kit. 

This role is all about driving brand and growth—helping shape and execute multichannel campaigns that speak directly to our key customer segments. You'll create standout lead-gen and thought-leadership content, build demand-driving social and community programs, and craft conversion-focused content. You’ll lead and coach a Marketing Coordinator and collaborate closely with internal teams, agency partners, and vendors to keep things moving. Plus, you’ll stay sharp on market trends, ensuring our brand and acquisition strategies are always optimised for impact. 
 
Day to Day you will: 

  • Support CMO in developing compelling, multichannel brand and acquisition programs and campaigns, ensuring consistent and compelling brand messaging across all channels that target our key customer segments and drive measurable results  

  • Develop a suite of brand and demand building lead generation and thought-leadership content  

  • Develop and optimise demand conversion content and campaigns including explainer how-to videos, customer stories/testimonials  

  • Build out a Content & Community building program particularly in social media attracting parents from our key customer segments  

  • People leadership of a Marketing Coordinator and indirectly various internal/external stakeholders  

  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with product team, the broader internal team, x15 Core, CBA as well as agency partners and vendors  

  • Oversee continuous improvement and always-on optimisations to core always-on brand and acquisition campaigns  

  • Undertake continuous analysis of competitive environment and consumer trends, keeping the wider business informed.   

We are looking for someone with:

  • Deep brand and content marketing experience, ideally in consumer fintech or high-growth businesses. (Typically, 7+ years' experience) 

  • Hands-on, results-driven approach with a creative and strategic mindset 

  • Strong B2C and app marketing expertise, including campaign development across digital (Google, iOS, UAC), eDM, content, and PR 

  • Bonus if you have experience managing traditional and digital paid media channels 

  • Recent experience developing content for AEO and optimising demand conversion campaigns 

  • Proven success in social media marketing, including Meta campaign creation, management, and optimisation 

  • Skilled in content creation, activation, and distribution across relevant channels 

  • Strong eye for design and flair for writing with a passion for creativity 

  • Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills 

  • Strategic thinker with outstanding project management, multitasking, and decision-making capabilities 

  • Proficiency in marketing tools such as GA4, SEMrush, HubSpot, Branch.io, Meta Business Manager, Heatseeker, or Optimizely 

  • Financial acumen with experience running projects efficiently, on time, and on budget 

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business or Marketing
