About the role:

As the Senior Marketing Manager, Product and GTM at Tyro you'll own and accelerate the adoption of Tyro''s products (with a primary focus on banking, including transaction accounts, lending, and cash flow solutions) through strategic positioning, data-driven growth strategies and impactful go-to-market executions. This remit translates product capabilities into clear, benefit-led propositions that resonate with Australian businesses and strengthen Tyro's market leadership.

You'll collaborate closely with campaign teams to help bring these product propositions to life through full-funnel marketing initiatives that attract, convert, and retain customers.

The role combines strategy and execution across campaign planning, content, and performance analysis to ensure Tyro's propositions reach the right audiences and deliver tangible business outcomes.

What you'll do:

Product Marketing

  • Translate product capabilities into clear, benefit-led narratives that resonate with business audiences.

  • Lead GTM strategy, launches, and feature releases with cohesive positioning, messaging and content.

  • Use customer, competitor, and market insights to shape content, onboarding, and in-product experiences that drive adoption and usage.

Growth Marketing

  • Drive acquisition, activation, and cross-sell across Tyro's banking and payments portfolio through integrated, full-funnel campaigns.

  • Collaborate with Brand, Digital, and Sales to deliver measurable growth outcomes and optimise conversion across channels.

  • Identify and execute opportunities to deepen customer engagement, retention, and revenue expansion.

Content Development

  • Collaborate with team such as Digital Enablement, Creative Studio and/or external agencies to create and manage compelling content (e.g. blogs, case studies, how-to or explainer videos, digital assets) that brings Tyro's banking and payments propositions to life.

  • Support development of GTM content frameworks, playbooks, and guidance to uplift capability across the organisation.

Analytics and Optimisation

  • Track and analyse campaign and content performance using analytics tools.

  • Collaborate with Marketing stakeholders to implement experimentation frameworks (A/B testing, funnel optimisation) to improve conversion and engagement.

  • Leverage customer, product, and market data to refine targeting, messaging, and distribution.

  • Present insights and recommendations in growth and executive forums to inform decisions.

Collaboration and Influence

  • Partner with Product, Sales, Partnerships, and Service to align GTM activities and share insights.

  • Support broader Growth team initiatives across payments and other portfolios.

  • Champion Tyro's brand voice and ensure all marketing reflects Tyro's value propositions and differentiation.

What you'll bring:
  • Previous experience working in Product Marketing or Growth Marketing (7 years).

  • Proven experience driving measurable adoption and growth of digital products.

  • Strong Go-to-Market experience, including launches, positioning and competitive differentiation.

  • Understanding of growth loops, lifecycle marketing, and growth experimentation.

  • A data-driven mindset - comfortable with analytics tools and interpreting performance metrics.

  • Previous experience working in a Fintech or SaaS environment.

  • Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, able to align cross-functional stakeholders.

  • A natural ability to be a self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced, scale-up environment.
