About the Role (Your Why)

The Senior Marketing Manager is responsible for leading the functional area that provides strategic focus to Datacom’s marketing and brand initiatives, more specifically assisting with the wider GTM team. This role will help to develop, execute and measure creative marketing programs across a variety of channels for business partners. This role ensures the offering of support and delivery in line with the agreed business and brand strategy and obligations to drive awareness and maximise growth. 

What You'll Do  

  • Develop and manage the implementation of marketing campaigns and activations that support Datacom growth aspirations and capitalises on and articulates a line of business value proposition. 
  • Work with cross-functional teams to drive performance pipeline by supporting Go to Market (GTM) strategies for a line of business.  
  • Collaborate with technology partners and line of business to managing and execute on marketing activity.  
  • Build and execute integrated marketing plans for a line of business, providing regular updates and insights on lead generation, campaign success and feedback to stakeholders. 
  • Measuring key performance against campaign objectives and pivoting to drive website traffic, audience engagement, bounce rate and a return on investment against metrics. 

What You'll Bring

  • At least 10+ years' experience of end-to-end integrated marketing, including but not limited to customer journey and channel mapping.  
  • Designing, implementing and tracking multiple marketing strategies across all digital marketing and traditional channels including levers of events, email marketing, display advertising, social media (organic and paid), and SEO, SEM strategies. 
  • The ability to work on assignments requiring considerable judgment and initiative. 
  • Proven technology marketing expertise, with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines and priorities.
  • Ability to frequently interact and network with a variety of stakeholders and team members within own area of expertise. 
  • An understanding of the unique business requirements and service offering of the organisation.  
  • Knowledge of marketing practices, with a clear understanding of the relationship between costs, utilisation and project revenue.
