Job Description
The Role
We’re looking for a commercially minded, multifaceted Senior Multimedia Designer to help elevate Lumi’s brand and create category-leading design that makes complex financial concepts simple, clear, and compelling. This role is critical in driving the ongoing evolution of our brand—ensuring it remains distinctive, cohesive, and impactful across all channels as we scale at pace.
You’ll own the full creative process from concept through to execution—developing ideas, shaping visual direction, and delivering high-quality design across digital and print. You’ll bring strong conceptual thinking and translate complex financial concepts into clear, engaging visual stories, building a cohesive visual language that supports a high volume of product launches, campaigns, and initiatives in a fast-moving environment.
As part of the Marketing team, you’ll contribute fresh creative thinking and strong design systems, transforming complex information into clear visual narratives that resonate with brokers and SME customers alike.
You’ll also leverage innovative tools, including AI, to work efficiently while maintaining a consistently high standard of output—helping shape a brand that stands out in the fintech space.
QualificationsThis Person Is Someone With...
- Demonstrated design experience at a senior level and a portfolio showcasing innovative, category-defining design work within fintech, B2B, or SaaS environments.
- Proven ability to lead and own design direction end-to-end, with confidence in setting creative vision and pushing ideas beyond the brief.
- Experience designing and launching go-to-market campaigns for new products or features, with a strong understanding of how design drives commercial outcomes.
- Comfortable operating as a creative leader—championing best practice, elevating standards, and guiding others through strong design thinking.
- Strong conceptual thinker who can translate complex ideas into bold, simple, and memorable visual systems that stand out in the market.
- Experience collaborating closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, growth) to bring product narratives to life through design.
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for creative output and outcomes.
- You thrive in fast-paced environments, communicate clearly, and can take ownership and self-manage multiple projects at once.
- Passion for innovation and experimentation, particularly with emerging tools, design systems, and AI-driven workflows.
- Highly skilled in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, with experience in animation, video editing, and email design (preferably Hubspot).
- Web design experience with Framer strongly preferred.
- Bonus points if you have UI/UX as well as motion graphics skills.
