Job Description

We’re looking for a Senior/Principal Product Manager to join our growing team in London. This role is a unique opportunity to have an impact on Wise’s mission, grow as a product person, and help save millions for our customers around the world.

Here’s how you’ll be contributing:

  • Lead the product strategy and execution for Wise’s referral programs, targeting both personal and business customers.

  • Scale our referral impact by improving our in-app experience, building smarter incentive programs, and ensuring we deliver value to both new and existing customers.

  • Build and evolve our internal referral platform – the foundation that powers all our acquisition loops – to make it easier to launch targeted programs in different regions and segments.

  • Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Analytics, CRM, and Product Marketing to deliver high-impact work that drives growth.

  • Monitor and own performance – from growth metrics to user experience – and translate insights into product opportunities.

  • Report to the Onboarding & Growth product director, , who will help you find your own path to making a significant impact on the Wise mission.

This role will give you the opportunity to:

  • Drive measurable growth: You'll build one of the most impactful acquisition channels at Wise and help us reach new audiences globally.

  • Own your path: We believe people are most empowered when they are given the autonomy to act. You’ll set your own vision and priorities, while receiving support from a team that’s always ready to help.

  • Work across the business: Recommend sits at the intersection of product, marketing, data, and growth. You’ll get to work with a wide range of teams across Wise and build strong cross-functional partnerships.

  • Build world-class products: You’ll work on a platform used by millions of customers and help shape how they share Wise with others.

  • Grow as a product leader: You’ll learn how to drive product decisions with data, collaborate across disciplines, and lead a squad to deliver meaningful results.

Qualifications

A bit about you:

  • You’ve worked on growth or viral products before – whether that’s referrals, invitations, CRM, or organic acquisition loops.

  • You’re data-driven – you know how to define success, track performance, and turn insights into action. You're comfortable with analytics tools (like Mixpanel, Superset, or SQL).

  • You’re customer-focused – you care deeply about user experience and always keep the customer perspective front and center.

  • You’re collaborative – you’ve worked closely with engineers, designers, and marketers and know how to align cross-functional teams around a shared goal.

  • You’re a problem solver – you like figuring out what’s not working and turning problems into product opportunities.

  • You’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves – you’re hands-on when needed, unblock yourself, and make things happen.

  • You bring clarity to chaos – you can take complex situations and bring structure, focus, and direction.
