The Opportunity

Join us as Senior Organisational Development Consultant and take part in shaping a high-performing, inclusive workplace. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Organisational Development, you’ll lead the design and delivery of initiatives that drive organisational performance and embed a values-led culture. This role partners closely with internal stakeholders to influence behavioural change and foster a thriving, future-focused environment.
 

You will make an impact by:

  • Drive the delivery of Diversity & Inclusion programs and awareness campaigns across the business, aligning efforts with broader social sustainability priorities
  • Designing learning experiences and coordinating events that promote inclusion and wellbeing.
  • Manage performance enablement processes by supporting feedback and growth conversations.
  • Contribute to projects that strengthen organisational culture and employee engagement.
  • Work with data to track progress and share insights that improve initiatives.

About You

  • Demonstrated experience in HR, Organisational Development, or related fields, with a track record of driving impactful change.
  • Proven ability to deliver initiatives that deliver measurable outcomes across performance, culture, and inclusion.
  • Show genuine interest in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion and creating positive workplace cultures.
  • Demonstrate strong communication and organisational skills with a collaborative mindset, with proven ability managing behavioural change
  • Be comfortable using data and technology to support projects, with training provided.
