Reporting into the Head of Learning and Organisational Development you will be part of a  small and high-performing L&OD team committed to fostering a high-performing, engaging, and inclusive culture at Equifax.  You will work closely with the HR team, broader business and your global counterparts to ensure that we deliver initiatives that support the business achieve its strategic objectives, with a focus on Leadership, Culture and Talent Development.  This role will suit those that are happy to collaborate and focus on practical solutions that focus on impacting the business. 

What You’ll Do

  • Design and deliver best in class leadership programs to our ANZ region. 

  • Collaborate with the global COE and support enterprise-wide initiatives.

  • Work with HR and business units to develop and implement initiatives that drive engagement, embed values, improve the employee experience, and promote inclusion and diversity.

  • Support the building of capability in key talent cohorts identified across the organisation 

  • Identify key capabilities needed for business growth, develop plans to deliver desired capabilities, coordinate and execute programs

  • Ensure an integrated approach to development and talent management

What You’ll Need

  • 7+ years in HR, L&OD, leadership team effectiveness, talent management, or a related field. 

  • Experience building internal leadership capability.

  • Experience leading the design and implementation of OD initiatives and coordinating change management projects.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related discipline.

  • Organized, self-motivated, and capable of working in a rapidly changing environment with the ability to effectively interact with all levels of management.

  • Must be able to manage regional projects on –time, within budget & with agreed upon effectiveness
