Findex is seeking a Senior P&C Business Partner to join our People and Culture team. This role is responsible for driving commercial people outcomes and executing enterprise initiatives across a dedicated portfolio. We offer flexibility regarding location, and this position can be based anywhere in Australia for the right candidate. You will work closely with senior leaders to enhance workforce governance, leadership capability, and employee performance.
Your role, your contribution!
- Managing the delivery of P&C cyclical activities such as performance reviews, talent management, remuneration reviews, and promotion cycles.
- Reviewing and optimising team structures and operating rhythms to maximise operational efficiencies.
- Leading the people impacts of organisational change, including restructures, role design, and change communication.
- Identifying talent gaps and succession planning needs using employee data and insights.
- Upskilling people leaders to manage performance interventions and drive accountability.
- Providing advice on employee relations matters, including coaching, performance plans, and behavioural investigations.
- Utilising workforce metrics to identify trends and address specific business challenges.

What you bring to the role:
- A degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Proven experience in a P&C Business Partnering role, preferably within a professional services environment.
- Proven experience in delivering P&C cyclical activities and managing organisational change.
- Strong knowledge of Australian employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
- High-level analytical skills with the ability to interpret HRIS data and workforce metrics.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
