We're looking for a Senior Paid Ads Specialist  / Digital Marketing Manager to lead and manage our digital advertising efforts across multiple platforms. In this role, you’ll be expected to take charge of every aspect of campaign management—from strategy to execution—and see your impact directly reflected in campaign performance.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Conduct detailed keyword research and audience segmentation to maximize the effectiveness of each campaign and drive optimal ROI.
  • Set up, test, and optimize campaigns, including running A/B tests on ads, landing pages, and other campaign components to boost conversion rates.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide data-driven recommendations to continuously improve results.
  • Manage and track advertising budgets to ensure resources are spent efficiently across platforms and in line with performance goals.
  • Collaborate with the content team to develop compelling ad copy and creative assets that align with campaign goals.
  • Work closely with the wider marketing team to ensure campaign strategies align with overall brand messaging and objectives.
  • Stay ahead of trends in digital advertising, continuously applying best practices to keep campaigns cutting-edge and effective.
     
What You’ll Bring:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of proven experience managing paid media campaigns, including expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other major advertising platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other performance tracking platforms.
  • Expertise in campaign tracking, conversion optimization, and remarketing strategies.
  • A solid understanding or strong interest in finance and property-related advertising is a big plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to present clear, data-driven insights to stakeholders.
  • A proactive, results-driven attitude and the ability to work independently, ensuring campaigns perform at their best.
