Are you ready to shape the future of digital advertising at one of the world's most successful creative networks? Ogilvy is seeking a Senior Paid Media Specialist to join our dynamic team and lead breakthrough campaigns for our diverse portfolio of clients.
In this role, you'll be at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and technology, orchestrating sophisticated paid media campaigns across multiple channels while working alongside some of the industry's brightest minds in a collaborative and creative culture. You'll be able to influence major brands' digital presence, leveraging cutting-edge platforms and technologies to deliver measurable results.

About the Role
- Develop connection plans and channel strategies for client campaigns and always on programs including forecasting and measurement frameworks
- Manage client investments providing advice on budget allocation and flighting across channels
- Work with strategy and creative teams to develop integrated paid media strategies for key campaigns and clients
- Act as the subject matter expert within the Ogilvy Network and consult a wide range of clients and prospects
- Consult on the role of paid media as a component of a full-funnel strategy working in partnership with marketing automation and Social CRM specialists
- Manage Ogilvy’s offshore paid media specialists and resources including briefing, campaign management and reporting deliverables
- Maintain close relationships with social platforms and ad networks and share best proactive and new products with internal and client-side stakeholders
- Provide advice and execute collaborative ad campaigns with brands and creators ensuring best practices are in line with platform guidelines
- Oversee execution of paid media campaigns (including influencer) and optimise strategies and investment to maximise impact and returns
- Play a strategic role within a connected team of social and digital specialists that extend across organic social and influencer marketing to advertising and marketing automation specialists
- Guide and mentor junior team members and manage overall team resourcing, finance and performance metrics

About You
- Three to five years of experience in paid media consulting and campaign delivery
- Experience in paid and organic search marketing paid social across all major platforms, influencer amplification, and programmatic/digital advertising
- Experience managing full-funnel paid media strategies including brand awareness, engagement and performance marketing
- Deep understanding of audience targeting techniques, campaign optimisation, marketing automation, and performance measurement
- Strong leadership abilities, demonstrated through experience in managing and mentoring teams, including working with offshore resources
- A strategic approach to budget management and resource allocation, backed by solid financial acumen and forecasting skills
- Excellent communication skills, enabling you to translate campaign data into compelling stories and recommendations for clients
- A collaborative spirit and the ability to work effectively with creative, strategy, and technical teams to deliver integrated campaigns
- Up-to-date knowledge of digital advertising platforms, emerging technologies, and industry trends
- Experience in managing multiple high-value client relationships and proven ability to provide strategic counsel
- A proactive mindset with the ability to identify and act on opportunities for innovation and improvement
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously
