Job Description

We’re looking for a strong relationship-focused Senior Partnership Manager to join our Group Life – Master Trust team. You’ll be the main contact for key corporate and trustee partners, supporting them across claims, technology, member experience, and regulatory requirements. You’ll also take ownership of product renewals, digital initiatives, and operational tasks, working closely with the Head of Partnerships and teams across Claims, Technology, Product, and Corporate Affairs.

This is a 12-month contract, based out of our Sydney commencing in the new year as soon as possible.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead and strengthen relationships with key corporate and trustee partners.
  • Support operational partner needs and strategic initiatives like product renewals and digital programs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve partner experience and operational efficiency.
  • Use data and partner feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Represent TAL with professionalism and proactive problem-solving.

Qualifications

  • MUST have experience in group insurance as this is important for you to come in and hit the ground running in a short-term, strategic position.
  • Core partnership skills across Financial or Superannuation fields – this would be ideal
  • Strong relationship management skills and ability to handle fast-paced, high-volume environments.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; experience with Power BI/Co-pilot a plus.
  • A can-do attitude, proactive nature due to the work required and a strong level of patience to support juniors across the team.
