The Role You'll Play
As a Senior Payments Specialist, you’ll help power the go-to-market success of Mindbody Payments. You’ll partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Strategic Accounts to onboard new customers, optimize revenue, and deliver a smooth, trusted payments experience—backed by Stripe.
  • Act as a payments expert and internal advisor across Sales, Account Management, and Support teams.
  • Guide and onboard merchants to Mindbody Payments, ensuring clarity and a seamless experience.
  • Negotiate rates with customers while maintaining pricing integrity.
  • Analyze data to track pricing accuracy and uncover revenue opportunities.
  • Train internal teams and support enablement across brands and customer segments.
  • Lead or contribute to cross-functional payments initiatives and strategic projects.
  • Use tools like Salesforce, Stripe, Looker, Slack, and Excel to manage and monitor performance.
 
Experience You Bring
  • 2–5 years in payments, fintech, account management, or a similar analytical, customer-facing role.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with comfort handling data and rate structures.
  • Confident communicator who builds trust and delivers clarity in high-stakes conversations.
  • Experience working with Stripe or other payment platforms is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, economics, math, or equivalent experience.
