Senior Payroll Specialist
At ING Australia, you will have the chance to build a career as unique as you are, with the global scale, support, inclusive culture, and technology to become the best version of you.
ING Human Resources support our ING Australia team of circa. 2000 + employees and like the wider business, are on an exciting journey of transformation. Payroll is a small, collaborative, hands-on team within the wider People Services function of HR and thrives in a fast-paced environment with full days and extensive business engagement.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Payroll Specialist who excels in a challenging role, working with complex processes and systems that require initiative and strong problem ‑ solving skills. If you enjoy a role where you can use your experience and energy to get stuck in and churn through the work, while at the same time suggesting and contributing ways to improve processes, this will definitely suit you. In addition to contributing to preparation of accurate, regular fortnightly pay-runs, on any given day, you’ll be handling varied enquiries regarding new joiners, leavers/separations, back-payments, purchased leave, novated leasing and more.
We invite you to share your profile and be ready to demonstrate your extensive payroll knowledge and examples of “can-do” attitude, resilience and confidence in juggling competing priorities, managing your time, and picking up new systems. Preference is for experience in a complex, regulated industry and one where legislative knowledge and compliance is important. As ING HR revolves, this is the perfect time to join, make an impact and grow your career!
