ResMed is undergoing one of the most significant transformations in our history by undergoing a global ERP transformation project that will redefine how we operate, connect, and scale. We’re looking for a Senior People Business Partner to play a pivotal role in making this transformation a success and helping to lead and driving this multi-year, enterprise-wide change.
You’ll be the strategic partner who helps our leaders shape the people, structure, and capability required to deliver this transformation and set us up for the future. You’ll work globally, influence at the highest levels, and bring clarity, pace, and leadership to one of ResMed’s most critical programs.
Let's talk about what you’ll do
Lead the people strategy for our ERP transformation, partnering closely with Technology and Transformation leaders to ensure the right organisation design, capability, and change leadership are in place.
Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, shaping decisions on structure, talent, and workforce planning.
Guide large-scale change, balancing the needs of delivery with engagement, communication, and culture.
Drive capability and leadership development, ensuring teams are equipped for new ways of working and future-ready.
Partner across People Centres of Excellence to design and deliver integrated solutions in talent, reward, and workforce strategy.
Bring strong business acumen, understanding cost, risk, and performance levers to inform decisions.
Champion culture and connection through significant change — keeping people focused, supported, and inspired.
Use data and insight to influence decisions and measure impact throughout the transformation journey.
Let's talk about what you’ll bring
6–10 years of senior HR business partnering experience, ideally in complex, global organisations.
Proven experience supporting large-scale technology or ERP transformation programs.
Deep expertise in organisational design, workforce planning, and change leadership.
The ability to influence and coach senior leaders in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
Strong analytical and commercial thinking — you connect people, performance, and business outcomes.
Excellent communication and facilitation skills; credible, calm, and persuasive under pressure.
Experience with Workday or other enterprise HR systems is a plus.
