About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to lead execution and drive growth across the AU market. You'll own the performance marketing roadmap, work closely with media agencies, looks like, acts quickly on opportunities, and uses data and AI-powered tools to turn insights into action. You'll be responsible for building and scaling a high and ensure campaigns are delivered with pace, quality, and measurable impact.

This role is ideal for a commercially minded performance marketer who knows what great execution looks like, acts quickly on opportunities, and uses data and AI-powered tools to turn insights into action. You'll be responsible for building and scaling a high-performing performance marketing engine while continually identifying new opportunities to unlock incremental growth.

What You'll Do

  • Build, own and evolve the AU test-and-learn engine, turning insights into actions that continuously improve performance.
  • Leverage AI and machine learning to optimise campaigns, automate workflows, and inform real-time trading decisions.
  • Scale successful campaigns across channels, audiences, and creative, ensuring winning strategies are implemented in a quick and efficient way.
  • Find the next 10% by identifying and testing new growth opportunities across channels, platforms, audiences, and emerging technologies.
  • Own day-to-day performance marketing across paid search, paid social, display, and Performance Max, optimising against key metrics including CPK, CPSu, CVR, ROAS, and LTV.
  • Lead and challenge agency partnerships, driving accountability, challenging recommendations, and ensuring high-quality execution.
  • Own campaign measurement, reporting, attribution, budgets, and the performance marketing roadmap, partnering with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with creative, Marketing Operations, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-performing campaigns and share best practices across the business.

Who You Are

  • 8+ years' hands-on experience in performance marketing across paid search, paid social, display, and programmatic.
  • Proven experience managing agency partnerships and delivering measurable commercial growth within ecommerce or subscription businesses.
  • Experience building performance marketing programmes, testing frameworks, and measurement infrastructure from the ground up.
  • Strong commercial and analytical mindset, with the ability to identify growth opportunities and make fast, data-driven optimisation decisions.
  • Hands-on experience with AI-powered marketing tools, automation, predictive optimisation, creative testing, and generative AI workflows.
  • Strong working knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Performance Max, and at least one DSP or programmatic platform.
  • Experience with conversion tracking, attribution modelling, UTM governance, marketing analytics, and reporting.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the confidence to influence agency partners and cross-functional teams.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
