You’ll be advising and contributing to frameworks driving individual and organisational outcomes, gaining exposure to advanced job architecture, analytics, and specialist global SME.
What you’ll do
Drive BAU remuneration activities and deliver the annual performance & compensation cycle.
Partner with HRBPs, COEs and leaders to guide performance, reward, calibration and target‑setting processes.
Ensure compliance with local regulations, maintaining strong oversight of reward governance.
Conduct job grading using the Global Job Architecture Framework and support Workday Compensation changes and testing.
Drive HR reporting digitalisation and contribute to key reward and performance projects.
What we’re looking for
Exceptional advisory skills with the ability to interpret legislation, policy and performance frameworks.
5+ years’ experience in Performance & Reward, including leading remuneration and bonus cycle workstreams.
HRIS expertise (ideally Workday) across HCM, Compensation and Performance modules.
Experience in job grading and salary survey matching (e.g., FIRG, McLagan, Hay).
High data literacy, advanced Excel skills, stakeholder management strength, and familiarity with financial services regulation (FAR, CPS 511 desirable).
