  • Administer Enterprise Services & Security (SaaS): Manage enterprise-wide security and administration tooling, including CSPM, DSPM, Domain Management, and Certificate Management.

  • Ensure Reliability & Incident Response: Monitor system performance and security, troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues, and participate in the on-call rotation.

  • Plan & Document Technical Solutions: Create clear architectural design specs and operational documentation while managing work and objectives in Jira.

  • Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with platform engineering teams and enterprise stakeholders across the organsation to align on goals and execute initiatives.

What you'll bring

  • Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation tools (e.g., GitLab CI, Jenkins, TeamCity).

  • Hands-on scripting or coding experience in languages such as Python, Go, or Bash.

  • Experience with containerisation and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

  • Solid understanding of networking concepts and protocols alongside excellent troubleshooting skills.
