      About the business/role/team
      This role is part of the Portfolio Delivery function within Enterprise Strategy and Change department at the RBA. The function is designed to support value-driven Ways of Working, nesting Agile delivery practices and mindset within a traditional governance and reporting model.
      About the role

      • This role will provide strategic direction and hold overall accountability for planning and execution of projects assigned to the portfolio.

      • The role includes responsibility for line management, performance management and career development of Project Managers assigned to the portfolio, while working closely with peers such as the Chief Product Owner, Head of Delivery Practice and other Senior Portfolio Managers.

      About you

      • You will have 15+ years of experience in managing complex business and IT projects and large programs, including transformation programs.

      • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills are required for this role.
