As a Senior Power Apps/Automate Developer, you will design, build, and implement scalable solutions using Microsoft’s Power Platform to help clients solve complex business problems. You’ll play a key role in architecting low-code/no-code solutions, leading development efforts, and mentoring junior developers, all while working closely with business stakeholders to turn their ideas into impactful digital tools.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and deliver solutions using Power Apps (Canvas, Model-Driven, Power Pages), Power Automate, and Power BI.
Lead client engagements to understand business needs and translate them into effective technical solutions.
Build and maintain automated workflows that streamline business processes and integrate with Microsoft 365, Azure, and third-party services.
Provide architecture guidance and enforce best practices in solution design and governance.
Collaborate with business users, analysts, and technical teams to gather requirements and ensure effective implementation.
Stay up to date with the latest Power Platform features and capabilities to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
Support presales and estimation efforts, contributing to proposals and demos.
Mentor and coach junior developers to uplift team capability and ensure code quality.
Requirements:
Strong hands-on experience with Power Platform development (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
Proven ability to design and implement scalable, maintainable solutions using Canvas and Model-Driven Apps, Power Automate flows, and custom connectors.
Solid understanding of Dataverse, SharePoint, and integration with Azure services.
Experience working with Microsoft 365 ecosystem and security models.
Strong knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and experience integrating with third-party systems.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage directly with clients and stakeholders.
Experience in solution architecture and a solid understanding of application lifecycle management (ALM) within Power Platform.
Certifications PL-200 and/or PL-400 highly desirable.
