We’re seeking a Senior Power BI Developer to join our BI & Analytics team and play a key role in shaping how data is used to drive insight and decision‑making across our Real Assets business.

About the role

In this role, you’ll design and deliver high‑quality Power BI solutions that turn complex data into clear, actionable insight. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across the business, balancing hands‑on development with advanced analytics, data modelling and capability uplift.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing, developing and maintaining interactive Power BI dashboards and management reporting
  • Translating business requirements into scalable solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform
  • Performing detailed analysis and presenting insights and recommendations to non‑technical audiences
  • Contributing to data warehouse modelling, BI architecture and CI/CD capability
  • Supporting best‑practice data governance, training and ongoing BAU operations

About you

You’re an experienced Power BI professional who enjoys working at the intersection of business and technology. Known for your analytical mindset and stakeholder focus, you take ownership of outcomes and thrive in collaborative, fast‑paced environments.

You’ll bring:

  • Proven experience as a Power BI Developer (5+ years preferred) with strong data modelling and visualisation capability
  • Solid experience with SQL, data integration and ELT processes
  • Confidence communicating insights and influencing decisions with diverse stakeholders
  • Experience working with data warehousing concepts, agile delivery and analytics best practice
  • Exposure to cloud data platforms (e.g. Azure, Snowflake or AWS); Python or R is desirable
