What You Will Achieve
In this role, you will:
- Develop and implement reimbursement strategies to secure coverage, coding, and payment from providers.
- Collaborate with Health Economic staff to assess the economic impact of therapies and products on payers, including government entities.
- Deliver comprehensive training programs to stakeholders such as sales force, physicians, home care agencies, case managers, hospital CFOs, medical directors, billing personnel, and pharmacists.
- Lead or co-lead complex projects, developing and managing plans to achieve objectives.
- Review the work of others to ensure high standards and quality.
- Assess market-level access and pricing strategies, offering guidance and creative solutions to optimize access, and oversee the State Law Governance team to ensure delivery on key performance indicators.
Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)
- BA/BS with 6+ years of experience or MBA/MS with 5+ years of experience or PhD/JD with 1+ year of experience or MD/DVM with any years of experience
- Demonstrated experience collaborating across a large organization with the ability to integrate technical and commercial needs
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical business, including experience in strategy development
- Familiarity with strategic financial and operating planning processes
- Strong customer orientation and ability to anticipate issues/needs and work proactively to address them
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to engage across multiple functions at a senior level
- Strong technical and analytical skills, proficient in Excel and other data processing tools
Bonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements)
- Master's degree
- Marketing or health science consulting experience
- Experience in health technology assessment and evidence-based medicine review
- Advanced understanding of health economic modeling activities
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead complex projects
