Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers and administrators.

  • Provide technical guidance on Salesforce best practices, design patterns, and integration strategies.

  • Review and approve code to maintain quality standards and adherence to best practices.

  • Design and implement scalable, robust Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements.

  • Develop custom applications and integrations using Salesforce technologies (Apex, Lightning, Visualforce, etc.).

  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including solution architecture, design specifications, and user guides.

  • Collaborate with product and project managers to define project scope and timelines.

  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet stakeholder expectations.

  • Manage multiple projects and priorities concurrently.

  • Partner closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements.

  • Communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders to clarify technical concepts and project status.

  • Participate in cross-functional team meetings and contribute to strategic planning.

  • Collaborate with geographically distributed teams to meet project deadlines.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in Salesforce declarative development, code development, and architecture.

  • Proven experience in technical leadership.

  • Proficiency in Salesforce development, including Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS).

  • Experience with Salesforce integrations using APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.

  • Strong skills in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.

  • Experience with front-end frameworks and libraries such as React, Angular, or Node.js.

  • Knowledge of responsive design principles and mobile-first development.

  • Expertise in Salesforce data models, security, and performance tuning.

  • Familiarity with Data Cloud, CI/CD tools, and DevOps practices in a Salesforce environment.

  • Salesforce Administrator certification; Salesforce Architect certification preferred.

  • User-centric mindset.

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

  • Knowledge of other CRM platforms and integration experience.

  • Familiarity with Salesforce AppExchange products and third-party integrations.

  • Understanding of business processes in sales, marketing, and customer service.
