We are currently seeking a creative and passionate Senior Print Designer to join our team.
This is an exciting opportunity to be responsible for designing and developing graphic and textile prints across all product categories.
Responsibilities
- Own and lead the full print and graphic direction for White Fox, setting seasonal creative strategy and ensuring design cohesion across categories.
- Deliver original, trend-driven textile and graphic artworks that elevate the brand and push into new creative territory.
- Interpret global trends and translate them into brand-relevant concept boards, colour stories, and artwork narratives.
- Research, develop, and refine artworks in collaboration with Design and Buying teams.
- Partner with Product Developers on artwork placement, dimensions, and colour direction.
- Prepare artwork files and contact sheets for seamless factory handover.
- Oversee briefs and deliverables for external freelance Graphic Designers.
- Organise and maintain the internal strike-off library for easy team access.
- Collaborate closely with the Buying team to align creative direction with commercial needs.
- Consistently deliver innovative, forward-thinking designs that push creative boundaries.
- Balance multiple design projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years experience in a senior-level or highly skilled textiles/graphic design role within the fashion or apparel industry.
- Quick and efficient worker
- Proactive and highly organised
- Strong creative vision with the ability to deliver both commercial and elevated designs.
- Strong research skills with a deep understanding of global print, graphic, and cultural trends.
- Proactive, self-sufficient, and highly organised with exceptional time-management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
- Eye for detail and current trends
- Advanced skills working with Mac and the Adobe CS. Specifically, Illustrator, Photoshop and In-Design
- Excellent communication and the ability to work both individually and as part of a team
- Experience within the apparel / fashion business
