Job responsibilities
- Leads the product lifecycle from concept, design, development, launch, and ongoing optimization.
- Defines and communicates a clear product vision and strategy aligned with business goals.
- Drives product initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
- Collaborates with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and support teams to deliver exceptional products.
- Understands user needs through research, feedback, and data analysis; translate insights into actionable product features.
- Develops, prioritizes, and maintains the product roadmap, balancing short-term wins with long-term strategy.
- Sets success metrics, monitor product performance, and iterate based on data and feedback.
- Champions the product internally and externally, inspiring teams and stakeholders with your passion and vision.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
- Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Passionate about building products that delight users and make an impact.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
