Your Role & TeamAs a Product Consultant in the Product Delivery team, you work closely with customers and the Sales team to support successful adoption of CreditorWatch SaaS products, including Apply Easy, Collect and PPSR. You partner in pre‑sales to understand customer needs, scope solutions and plan effective implementations.
This is a hands‑on, customer‑facing role requiring strong product knowledge and delivery capability. You manage implementations end‑to‑end, from solution scoping through configuration, training and go‑live, ensuring customer requirements are met using existing product functionality.
You act as a trusted product expert for both customers and internal teams, leading premium implementations for key accounts, including more complex or bespoke solutions, and supporting long‑term customer success.
You'll report directly to the Delivery Lead in this role.
Please note, it's a full-time opportunity offering hybrid working conditions out of our Sydney CBD Office.
Some of your responsibilities include and are not limited to:
Delivery
- Manage customer implementations in line with agreed Implementation Plans, providing clear updates on progress and next steps
- Lead large and complex implementations over extended timeframes, maintaining strong communication and relationships with key customers
- Create clear Build Requests for internal delivery teams and coordinate closely with Solution Architects on API or technical requirements
- Deliver customer product training and support successful configuration and go‑live
- Provide Level 2 support by assessing product versus user issues and escalating where required
- Identify and implement process improvements, maintain documentation, and ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements
Pre‑Sales
- Conduct detailed discovery sessions to understand customer requirements and business objectives
- Deliver tailored product demonstrations aligned to customer needs
- Design and propose innovative or bespoke solutions for premium customers in collaboration with architects and product teams
- Clearly articulate product capabilities, benefits and limitations in the context of customer objectives
- Develop detailed Implementation Plans outlining scope, timelines, responsibilities and deliverables
Our ideal candidate
- 3-5 years demonstrated experience with configuring, supporting or selling SaaS solutions
- Project Management or Project Co-ordination experience will be highly regarded
- Understanding of the entire credit onboarding process in order to facilitate recommendations to a customer
- Prior experience working with digital credit applications will be highly sought after
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of the Credit Management Industry
- Experience working within the Fintech or Accounting will be highly regarded
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
