The Role
We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to lead high-impact design initiatives across multiple product pods, particularly focused on growth and product-led acquisition. You’ll drive user experience excellence while working at the intersection of product, engineering, and marketing — owning fast-paced design experiments and shaping user journeys that convert, retain, and scale.
You’ll thrive in a space where design is strategic, data-informed, and fast-moving. If you’re excited by shipping meaningful experiences, running bold experiments, and contributing to the broader design culture — we’d love to meet you.
What you will do
- Design for Growth: Work on features, experiments, and end-to-end flows that support Sprinto’s product-led growth motion — including onboarding, activation, self-serve conversion, and retention.
- Own Key Metrics: Partner with marketing, product, and analytics to ideate, design, and launch initiatives tied to revenue growth, funnel conversion, and trial expansion.
- Experimentation & Agility: Rapidly prototype, validate, and iterate on solutions through user testing, analytics, and stakeholder feedback.
- UX Craft: Design high-quality, thoughtful experiences that make complex workflows intuitive and scalable across customer segments.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with PMs, engineers, marketers, and fellow designers to shape product strategy and execution. Actively contribute to planning, prioritization, and retros.
- Mentorship & Direction: Lead and coach designers across pods, elevating both their craft and outcomes. Champion UX best practices and influence design quality across the org.
- Process & Systems Thinking: Contribute to improving our design operations, systems, and rituals as the team scales.
What We’re Looking For
- 6+ years of product design experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or enterprise tools.
- A portfolio that demonstrates strong UX thinking, design systems literacy, and measurable business or user impact.
- Deep understanding of designing for complex, multi-step user journeys.
- Ability to translate product and business goals into elegant, effective user experiences.
- Comfortable working autonomously in high-ownership, ambiguous environments.
- A strong communicator who can balance strategic vision with hands-on execution.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience working on PLG motions, growth loops, and onboarding or conversion flows.
- Exposure to running experiments alongside marketing teams and designing experiences that drive measurable business metrics (like MQLs, trials, or expansions).
- Familiarity with SaaS funnels, customer acquisition strategy, or performance marketing.
- Previous experience mentoring junior designers or leading a small team.
Benefits
- Remote First Policy.
- 5 Days Working With FLEXI Hours.
- Group Medical Insurance (Parents, Spouse, Children).
- Group Accident Cover.
- Company Sponsored Device.
- Education Reimbursement Policy.
