  • Share your work regularly, give and receive feedback openly, and contribute to design documentation and pattern libraries.

About You

  • Confident owning the full design process - from early discovery, research and prototyping through to high-fidelity design, and handover.
  • Skilled in applying design fundamentals, usability best practices, and accessibility standards to create consistent, intuitive experiences.
  • Comfortable working with a design system and contributing to its evolution.
  • Use a mix of user research, data, and feedback to inform design decisions and continuously improve outcomes.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and other Designers to bring ideas to life and ensure high-quality delivery.
  • Communicate design rationale clearly to a variety of audiences, from technical teams to stakeholders.
  • Open to feedback, eager to learn, and proactive in contributing to a strong design culture.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing autonomy with collaboration to drive meaningful impact.

Perks!
  • You'll get to work on a category-leading product that customers love in a fun, high-growth industry! Check our Capterra and G2 reviews.
  • 4 ROLLER Recharge days per year (that is 4 additional days of leave that we all take off together as a team to rest and recuperate)
