The roleWe’re looking for a Product Designer who thrives in a fast, outcomes-driven environment and is excited to amplify their impact with AI. You’ll design intuitive, usercentric experiences that help small businesses manage cashflow with confidence—working across squads, iterating quickly, and shipping value often.

What you'll be doing- Design and prototype fast, testable solutions that solve real problems for small businesses, partners & distribution teams.
- Use AI tools to streamline your workflow—automate the repetitive so you can focus on impact.
- Collaborate across squads to deliver commercial outcomes that matter (not just polished pixels).
- Build tight feedback loops with users and stakeholders to iterate quickly and continuously improve our results.
- Make smart, informed decisions using internal data, user insights, and strong product judgment.
- Stay close to fintech trends and bring fresh ideas that raise the bar.
- Work closely with our Marketing, Sales & Operations teams so that you can understand and design with the entire customer interaction in mind.
- 5+ years of product design experience (fintech or SaaS ideal).
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, and AIenhanced design platforms.
- A bias for action—you move fast, learn faster, and don’t wait for perfect.
- Strong judgment and decisionmaking skills.
- Naturally curious with a knack for diving into the details that shape exceptional experiences.
- Excellent collaboration and communication.
- Passion for solving small business challenges.
- Bonus: Experience designing for B2B SaaS or SME audiences.
