Working at Atlassian
Atlassians can choose where they work - whether in an office, from home, or a combination of the two. That way, Atlassians have more control over supporting their family, personal goals, and other priorities. We can hire people in any country where we have a legal entity.
Atlassian's mission is to unleash the potential of every team by powering the system of work-where planning, execution, documentation, and collaboration are deeply connected.
Confluence Crossflow plays a critical role in that system. Its purpose is to help existing Atlassian customers discover, adopt, and realize value from Confluence-directly from the tools and workflows they already use, especially Jira. Crossflow ensures that knowledge isn't siloed, forgotten, or created too late, but instead emerges naturally as teams plan, execute, and collaborate.
We're hiring a Senior Product Manager to own Confluence Crossflow: defining how Confluence shows up at the right moments across the Atlassian ecosystem, guiding users from awareness to meaningful collaboration, and making Confluence indispensable to how work gets done.
This is a high-impact role at the intersection of product-led growth, cross-product experience design, and knowledge-powered workflows.
What you'll do
As Senior Product Manager for Confluence Crossflow, you will:

What you'll do
As Senior Product Manager for Confluence Crossflow, you will:
- Own the vision and strategy for how customers discover and adopt Confluence from within Jira and other Atlassian tools.
- Design and evolve cross-product experiences that introduce Confluence naturally within existing workflows, reducing friction and accelerating time to value.
- Partner deeply with Jira, platform, and ecosystem teams to align incentives, roadmaps, and execution across products.
- Lead customer discovery to understand when, where, and why teams need shared knowledge - and how Confluence can best support those moments.
- Balance product-led growth and user trust, ensuring discovery and entry points feel helpful, contextual, and respectful.
- Translate strategy into a clear roadmap, prioritizing high-leverage opportunities across onboarding, in-product discovery, and connected workflows.
- Use data and qualitative insights to measure success, learn quickly, and iterate with confidence.
- 5-8+ years of product management experience, ideally in SaaS, collaboration tools, platforms, or workflow products.
- Experience driving product discovery, activation, or adoption, not just feature delivery.
- A strong understanding of workflow-centric products (e.g., project management, issue tracking, knowledge sharing).
- Proven ability to lead without authority and align multiple teams around shared outcomes.
- Sharp product judgment-especially around when and how to introduce users to new value.
